Family bathroom with bath / shower, wash hand basin, bathroom cabinet and electric shaver point. The utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and generous sized fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board.
Electric central heating throughout with all fuel costs "inclusive" in the hire charge.
The sitting room has a full sized colour TV with "free to view" channels, VCR / DVD player and a CD / radio / cassette.
Bed linen and towels are provided free.
