"Croft"
Three Bedroom Croft Cottage, maximum of 6 people

This is a traditional cottage, set apart from the others. It has its own garden to the front and side. The ground floor has a sitting room, kitchen with dining area, utility room/cloak room, bathroom with full size bath, fitted electric shower and WC, wash hand basin, bathroom cabinet and electric shaver point. There is one ground floor bedroom with a double bed.

On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and another room containing two single beds, accommodating up to a maximum of six people.

The cottage is all electric including modern storage, convection, fan heating and water heating, all electricity being 'inclusive' in the hire charge. All windows are double glazed.

There is a colour TV, VCR, CD / Radio / Cassette, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and toaster. There is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board in the utility room. Bed linen and towels are provided free.

There is ample parking adjacent to the cottage.
