Consists of a sitting room, fitted kitchen, utility room/cloak room with wash hand basin, bathroom cabinet and electric shaver socket. There is a bathroom with full size bath, fitted electric shower and WC. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom containing two single beds, accommodating up to a maximum of four people.

All electric including modern storage, convection, fan heating and water heating, all electricity being 'inclusive' in the hire charge. All windows are double glazed.

There is a colour TV, VCR, CD / Radio / Cassette, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and toaster. Bed linen and towels are provided free.

There is ample parking.

In the car park there is a small building containing two automatic washing machines, two tumble driers, iron and ironing board.
